Our 10 Day detox protocol is designed to clean out your system from all of the toxins that we have accumulated over the years. Think of it like changing out the air filter at home so that your a/c can function properly and not have to work so hard. Included in this detox is a recommended food list, sample meal plan and shopping list.
Following the 10 day detox will be our recipe books with over 50 recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Sample meal plans, shopping lists, and includes scannable bar-codes to make tracking in myfitnesspal super easy and fast
