At FIT365 LLC, we remain committed to putting our clients’ needs first and delivering top-quality service at all times. Coach James

Head Coach

At 32 years old, Coach James was sick and broken. Weighing in at 252 lbs, battling high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, sleep apnea, chronic headaches, and a host of other health challenges. That was the turning point — the moment he decided to take control of his health and never look back. After years of working through his own transformation, James felt called to help others do the same. He pursued certifications through NASM, ISSA, ACTION, and PTAGlobal, then attended the National Personal Training Institute in Tampa to deepen his understanding of how to best serve his clients. FIT365 LLC was officially launched in March 2019, and since then James has helped countless clients become stronger, faster, leaner, and healthier versions of themselves. In recent years, Coach James has shifted his focus toward metabolic health — recognizing that when we address what's happening at the cellular level, the impact goes far beyond outward appearance. True health starts from within, and that's where his coaching philosophy is rooted.

Coach Shannon

Fitness Coach &
Director FIT365llc KIDS

Hey there, my name is Coach Shannon! I am the Director and Head Coach of FIT365llc KIDS. I fell in love with the world of fitness when I was very young and was a competitive gymnast for over 10 years. After retiring from my gymnastics career, I went to college to study nutrition and health education. Since then I have earned a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition Science, a Masters of Science in Child Health Education, a Masters of Science in Public Health, and a diploma in Child Psychology. I am also a certified personal trainer, certified youth training specialist, and a certified nutrition coach. My goal is to help fight childhood obesity while allowing children to gain strength, coordination, balance and confidence in themselves. Every child deserves the opportunity to better their future and I am here to guide them along the way!

Coach Sam

Fitness Coach &
Head Coach of FIT365 Kids

 

Sam is the Head Coach of the FIT365 Kids Program and a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through NASM. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and brings a unique blend of fitness expertise, behavioral understanding, my and genuine compassion to every client she works with. With a lifelong passion for health and wellness, Sam believes that everyone has the potential to achieve more than they think possible. Her coaching style focuses on building confidence, developing healthy habits, and helping individuals discover their own strengths both inside and outside the gym. As a coach, Sam loves creating a positive and supportive environment where kids can develop a love for movement, teamwork, and self-confidence while adults gain the tools and accountability needed to reach their health and fitness goals. When she’s not coaching, Sam is busy keeping up with her energetic 5-year-old daughter who is already convinced she’s a teenager. Being a mom has strengthened her belief that patience, consistency, and encouragement are some of the most powerful tools for creating lasting change. Whether she’s leading a kids’ class, coaching a personal training client, or helping someone improve their nutrition habits, Sam’s mission is simple: to help others recognize their potential and become the healthiest, strongest version of themselves.

Hi, I’m Shannon, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer dedicated to helping people build strength, improve their health, and gain confidence in a way that fits their real life. My coaching focuses on proper movement, sustainable habits, and individualized plans designed to support long-term success. Whether your goal is losing weight, building muscle, increasing mobility, or improving overall wellness, I’m committed to helping you make lasting progress. As a mom, athlete, and someone who has faced and overcome personal challenges, I understand that fitness is about much more than physical appearance. It’s about developing resilience, creating healthy habits, and becoming capable of doing more both inside and outside the gym. I strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment where clients feel challenged, motivated, and empowered to reach their goals. I believe that small, consistent actions lead to meaningful results. No matter where you’re starting, I’m here to help you take the next step toward a healthier, stronger, and more confident version of yourself.

With over 20 years in the health and fitness industry, she brings a well-rounded approach rooted in strength training, functional movement, and integrated wellness. Her background began in bodybuilding and evolved into a focus on mobility, recovery, and sustainable health practices that support long-term results. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, and Integrated Health Practitioner (Level 1). Her specialties include functional strength training, mobility, women’s wellness, and cycle syncing, with an emphasis on building habits that align with each client’s lifestyle. Her coaching style is highly individualized, taking into account factors such as stress, recovery, movement patterns, energy levels, and hormonal cycles. She is especially passionate about helping beginners, busy moms, and individuals rebuilding confidence feel stronger, more capable, and comfortable in their bodies—prioritizing not just how clients look, but how they move, feel, and live.

My name is Ari Day — Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Pilates Instructor, and Group Fitness Instructor. I've been weight training for 4 years and working with clients for 3. My own journey started from a place of being underweight, undereating, and weak. What began as a simple goal to gain weight quickly turned into a passion for muscle building, nutrition, and understanding the mechanics of movement. Over the past 3 years, I've worked with dozens of women helping them achieve sustainable results — not through extremes or quick fixes, but through building realistic habits, improving strength, gaining confidence, and creating routines they can actually maintain long term. Watching women become stronger, more empowered, and more confident both inside and outside the gym is the most rewarding part of what I do. I love guiding clients through every stage of their journey, whether that's one-on-one personal training or high-energy group fitness classes. Creating an environment where women feel supported, challenged, and motivated is what I'm passionate about — and my goal is always to help you feel your absolute best while making fitness something you genuinely enjoy and can sustain for life.
